This license applies to every paid Magento 2 extension and Shopify app sold by Ecommet Solutions, on the Adobe Commerce Marketplace, the Shopify App Store or ecommet.in. A product that is free, or that ships with a different license file, follows its own terms. Last updated: 18 October 2026.
The software is licensed, not sold. By installing, copying or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.
1. Grant of license
For each license you buy, Ecommet Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the software on:
- one (1) production installation, and
- any number of non-public development, testing and staging copies of that same installation.
A Magento installation with several websites or store views counts as one installation. Each additional production installation needs its own license.
2. What you may do
- Use the software for your own business, or for the business of one client you bought the license for.
- Modify the software for use on your licensed installation. Modifications stay under this license, and Ecommet Solutions is not responsible for problems they cause.
- Make backup copies.
3. What you may not do
- Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, share, publish or otherwise distribute the software or any part of it, modified or not, including inside another product, theme, extension or package.
- Use one license on more than one production installation.
- Remove or change copyright notices or this license.
- Use the software, or any part of it, to build a product that competes with it.
4. Updates and support
A license includes updates and email support for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. After that the software keeps working; further updates and support may need a renewal. Support covers installation and the documented features. It does not cover custom modifications, third-party extensions, server configuration or third-party services.
5. Third-party services
Some products connect to services that you choose and configure with your own account, such as AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), payment gateways, shipping carriers or marketplaces. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, pricing and data policies, and you pay any fees they charge. Ecommet Solutions does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, cost or handling of data. Results produced with the help of AI can be incomplete or wrong; check them before relying on them.
6. Ownership
Ecommet Solutions keeps all rights, title and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
7. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach any of its terms. When it ends, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.
8. Refunds
Refunds follow the refund policy of the store where you bought the license: the Adobe Commerce Marketplace, the Shopify App Store or ecommet.in.
9. No warranty
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Always back up your store before installing or updating any extension.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecommet Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the software. Its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
11. Governing law
This license is governed by the laws of India.
