The problem
A high-traffic beauty brand wanted to help shoppers find the right product without scrolling through a long catalog.
What I did
- Built a quiz that asks a few questions about the shopper and their needs.
- Matched the answers to products in the Magento catalog and showed the recommendations on the spot.
The result
User engagement rose by 25%, and the quiz also helped bring shoppers back.
